opinions please

Hey just looking for some opinions.

If you guys had the chance would you go from a 97, 2500 auto (the one in my sig) to a 96 3500 5 speed with the same miles and same basic condition .....It would get the the same mods as i would be keeping what i want off the truck in my sig.

It all depends on how you are using your current truck vs. how that would change after you buy the duallie.

The pragmatic approach:
Do you tow a LOT of weight, frequently? Then yes, I'd go for the duallie. Do you haula slide in camper? Then yes, buy the duallie.

Do you to a light (<8k) trailer, frequently? No duallie, stay with your current truck. Do you tow light, infrequently? No duallie, stay with your current truck.

The emitional approach:
Do you like the looks of the duallie? Can you afford less MPG? Do you want a duallie?

Yes...buy the duallie!

I dont think going from a 2500 with 410's and 35 to a 3500 duallie with stock tires and 355 i will get any worse MPG
