Probably had a lift arm fail or move shifting the weight. We just did a recovery similar to this at one of the local dealers here. A real pain getting the right equipment in the building and into position to lift and roll without any further damage. This is the exact reason we have 12 and 15k 4 post lifts now. Oh yeah, we learned the hard way.
