I've read a lot about oil testing with a dual remote bypass system. Where do y'all send your oil and how much does it cost?<br><br>How much does the dual remote bypass cost for that matter?<br><br>Thanks in advance<br><br>-SFB

 

SFB, you can get the remote dual-bypass filter setups many places, most any Amsoil dealer, I think that Geno's carries them, but I'm not sure about that. The prices I've seen have been just under $200.00. Wherever you get the remote bypass system, they will sell the oil test kits. They run about $15.00. You take an oil sample and send it in to a lab. They test it for several things, and send you the results. Everything is included in the purchase price on the test kit. I haven't done the bypass filter system yet, but it is in my future plans. I am running Amsoil, but I still change the oil.<br><br>Hope this helps.<br><br>DeWain

I use Analysts Inc for my samples. You can cal them at 847-884-7877 to order sample kits and get current pricing on sample costs. They are very helpful. I usually sample every 10,000 miles.
