WOW1 A new breakroom! It's been years since I saw this. Thanks for bringing it back. Dug around and eventually found the old coffee pot and cleaned it. It took hours to dissolve the old crud and sundry other strange stuff I found inside it. Fresh coffee is ready. It is made from really great tasting Mexican coffee beans, ground just before adding to the pot. Somebody else can bring the munchies.

Does anyone remember the old breakroom and the teasing, comradery bad jokes etc that occurred daily here in the breakroom? There used to be men and women daily chiming in from all parts of North America, Austria and occasionally other parts of the world. Too bad this vanished.

Yup Stan it's been a while since I've been around and nobody had paid the light bill so I took care of it trying to get it back up and running.
Home made Christmas candy on the counter plenty to go around. Come on and join in everyone.

Good for you for trying to revive what was so popular a few sort years ago. Looks like the new breed of DTR'ers are not into this kind of thing and many of the old timers seem to have vanished. Not too many of the members from pre covid days seem to be around any more. Did the covid or the non-vaccines kill them off?

Even this site has changed over the last few years and unfortunately not always for the best. A few days ago tried to contact a member from here, but that option appears to have vanished. I used to be able to click on a members name or avitor and his or her contact info appeared, but no more.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Having a "beverage" in the middle of the week. the first day of the year is a day off for us....

Sold the (early) '04 and bought a '24
I figured after 20.5 years it was time for a new truck...

Going to head out tomorrow and try my hand at splitting rock with feathers and wedges....
Something new for me and seemingly easy to do. (I'm sure I will think otherwise tomorrow...)

I'm getting just as old and mouldy as this forum.... Glad to see I'm not the only one here anymore.

Lary used to throw down fairly early too, he was one of the real early risers. Haven’t heard from him in quite some time. Lot of the old guys are still around, don’t seem to see them on here as much though.
