It'll put out the fire in the idiots he might run across, not the kind that he normally puts out.

Katrina, among other disasters or civil unrest, showed us the best and worst in humanity ..... we came together to help folks, while others were looting. It's a shame our first responders have to protect themselves from those very idiots they're trying to help.
