Nail gun confusion
Nail gun confusion
I bought an el cheapo pneumatic nailer from Harbor Freight. It's a Central Pneumatic 21-degree, 10 gauge gun, to be used for basic framing on my small projects.
I've used a pneumatic nailer in the past just enough to not want to use a hammer again, but buying this gun was a little confusing.
The biggest point of confusion for me was the angle as compared to the price point. The 28* nailer was $59.99, and the 21* nailer was $199, on sale for $79.99. I bought the 21* nailer just because I like buying stuff at a discount.
What are the pros or cons of a 21* vs any other degree nailer?

Bassically the difference is the nails, cost, and what others you work with use. Most people that own more than one framing gun get then that all shoot the same nails, Unless you live in an area that requires full round head nails.
I use full round head framing nailers, (Hitacha) because the nails are cheap, commonly avvalibale, and the guys I work around from time to time use them. It can be handy
