I almost bought one of those in 1974.
It had a 304 V8 with a three speed standard.
It went like heck, and I was only 17.
Good thing the deal fell thru.
It was a neat, fast little car.
BTW I ended up buying a new Toyota Hilux pick up...4 cylinder.
I put the big tires on it...slow as hell....kept me alive.
