Math Question
7 girls, and each girl has 7 backpacks, in each backpack there are 7 large cats, and each large cat has 7 small cats. You just have to read closely, thats a whole lot of legs. I got this as an email with an excel file attached and to open the excel file you had to have the answer, b/c the answer was the password.
There is a busload of cats. 7 small cats for every large cat and 7 large cats for every 7 back packs on 7 girls plus 14 legs for the girls. So.....you take 7 large cats times 7 which equals 49 large cats. Then you take 7 small cats for each large cat which equals 343. 49 plus 343 equals 392. Multiply that times 4 (legs) which equals 1568 cat legs per girl then times 7 girls which equals 10,976 cat legs plus 14 girls legs for a total of 10990.
That's alot of legs.
That's alot of legs.
It would have been easier to add 1 large brick to the 49 backpacks holding the 392 large and small cats and throw them in the river. Now thats a word problem even I can solve.
