The DTR has been experiencing some techincal difficulties... we got them ironed out, tho... I hope.

Claude, I sent you a PM with my email in it. A 38 pistion diesel, hope that is a V configuration and not inline! Inline would be a mile long!
FO, the trip today was alot of fun for both her and I. When that Berkshire first throttled up and blew the whistle it sent chills down my spine. Was a very cool moment, I imagine it was that way for alot of others on board. She has a few more pics on her camera that I'll get on my computer tomorrow.

Claude, I got the email. That engine is a behemoth! I would hate to see that thing throw a rod out the side of the block! Biggest I've ever worked on was 4400 Hp, that engine is 108K Hp. I guess they are used to power big ships.
