Made in China
I just got my wheel spacers in so I can put 02 alloys on my rig....CNC'ed 2" spacers....and on the side of the box----MADE IN CHINA !!! Is there ANYTHING made in AMERICA anymore? I mean....CNCed metal and it comes from China. Okay....
10 years ago, China was producing parts better than you could get in Europe.
They industrialized right. the machine shops upgraded at the clients expense. Basically, you move your product in, buy them the machines and they make the parts for essentially the cost of the metals. You save money, the machine shop makes money, plus gets new equipment. Now the Chinese machines shops have top of the line equipment, a crew that knows how to push buttons, and a few people that know how to write the programs.
China is basically doing to the US what the US done to Europe. Asia is the next big consumer market and they already are in some things. Everyone has a cell phone.
