ladder rack for a topper
Take a look at this utilitie topper. It is almost what I need except no ladder rack. Does anyone know of a place that makes the rack to be bolted on?

Yea, I know where you can get one, but i don't think you will want to drive up here to get it. Try getting two pieces of 1/4"x4" flat steel and then you can weld (make) a rack and bolt that between the topper and the bed. If you don't put a lot of weight on it you can use two eye bolts with a piece of electrical conduit through the eyebolts and bolt them to the topper.
