Hey guys, me and the wife are going to be going up to kalispell for a job interview, and was wondering how ya'll liked it up there. If she gets the job, (which im pretty sure she already has it) then we will be moving up there in a month or so. So i was wondering how the job market is up there? I can operate equipment, and have my CDL, so if anybody in that area knows of any jobs, PM me will ya. How do ya like the people in general? are they outgoing and friendly, or are they more the other side of the scale. Thanks in advance, Jordan

I work in Kalispell. The Flathead Valley is a beautiful place with lots of friendly and helpful folks. There's lots of recreational activities around here - fishing, boating, camping, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing....

If you're looking for a job in construction I can't imagine that you'd have any problem finding work (although it may be seasonal, depending).
You could check this for an idea of local jobs:

I'm sure also that there are more available, just by stopping into some of the local paving/gravel companies with your resume or asking for an application. JTL Group, Schellinger Construction, LHC...

If there's anything I can help you with, go ahead and PM me and I will see what I can do.

Augusta
