I had a good friend of mine talk to me today, he let me know about some surgery that he had coming up, some major stuff... injuries that he incurred defending the freedom of our Country years ago... that was kind of side bar, though... he told me about another soldier that had Lou Gehreg's disease, and was suffering horribly...

Why do I deserve this sacrifice that another AMERICAN has given for me? What have I given for the good old Stars and Stripes lately?


Something to think about. Personally, I don't think I've done anything to deserve their sacrifice.

I'm not looking for your thoughts about my feelings.

I just want you to think about how wonderful the majority of our lives are, and what those that have went before us have sacrificed.
