Anyone hear anything about him? tonight at sealy track one guy that I ran against told me. He said he was in a bad accident and took him off life support on christmas day.....anyone hear anything please let me know...

He could make some serous horsepower.

 

That really makes me mad because Im family and I DIDNT EVEN HEAR ABOUT IT!!!!! I ran a second slower last night once I heard that.

 

My deepest condolences on your loss.

 

I have kept up with Johns career and acomplishments. Topeka Kansas in the dragster, his wild Chevy small blocks that ran like mild mannered street engines until you got into the pedal, his record attempt to break 300 MPH in Full size Pontiac Firebird. He did 298 MPH in that rig. WOW!!!

Another sad loss for sure.

Sean, sorry to hear about him...i think we jinxed it when we had that discussion about you being Heir to the Lingenfelter dynasty..in any case it's been a tough year for deaths from Johnny Cash,Bob Hope to Nowel Thomas {HVAC} now John..terrible
