In regards to my whereabouts:

Nov.4 2003 i left for Kentucky to work for 6 months. We had limited internet access in the plant, so I couldnt be around.
I came back to Texas April 1, 2003, and was too busy trying to sew that job up that i couldnt surf. I got layed off July 17. So I went out and worked in the oil fields till I got hired back on Oct. 4 2003. Since then, I have had easy access to the net, and try to hang around here asmuch as possible.

got married to that pretty little thing Sept. 20. We got engaged in July, and didnt waste any time! The wedding was beautiful, and it was very fun.

Pipefighter huh? Not too many good fitters out here any more. Most of 'em were helpers a few years back, trained by real fitters back when clean fuels was going big. Most of 'em can't even lay in a good bevel let alone do lay out.

Got lots of pipe fitters 'round here but not many that can fit pipe. Ran into a fittter and a welder I worked with years back. They went union and they're doing HVAC piping now, making more money and staying busy.

Used to be a rigger, mostly heavy lift, been doing safety for 14 years now. I still go back on the hook every few years when I get sick of being a safety man. I love doing Cat Crackers....big stuff.

 

Hey, if you guys are decent fitters, there are opportunities around here. My local has been having to bring in travelers for months just to try to man the jobs. I was at my hall the other day and there are only about 25 guys on the bench. Most want to be there.

 

Maybe that's because it's reeeely cold up there, eh?

Any one see the wieght in the mugshot? 120 pounds . I imagine he will get tossed around his cell like a ragdoll.

 

I would be VERY happy to see some legal action against the sick s.o.b.'s that drop their kids off at his ranch for sleepovers.
