Dang Navy guys... sleep in late and when you're concentrateing on getting some work done, they suddenly wake up and make big racket, scareing the snot out of ya.

Got the initial part of the bird cage buttoned up last night. Installed 5 each Amhearst Pheasants with some food and water. They must be happy, after 10 minutes, they finished inspection and were sitting on some perches trying to get some shut-eye.

 

I haven't got that far yet!

Flyby from cold windy NW Houston. Getting stuff done for the trip back to p/u the 5er empty the little bit in the storage building and pull the cargo trailer back to Houston. Not easy to fine a place to store them.

Three claps of thunder last night had me out of bed, grabbing a flashlight and my AR trying to figure out if someone drove thru the house or not.
Everyone of them set off car alarms.

flooding has so far been limited to the bottoms.

There is a bit of mud on the road where the river crested over it. Not bad enough to close the road.
