Evening DTR. Left work at noon today, had a bad case of the crud. Came home and napped for a bit, then I went outside and planted the garden. Made a trip to home depot, wally world, and then cooks some chicken thighs on the grill and some corn on the cob.

I have noticed alot of places are pushing Talapia as either their fish de jour or as sea food...

THEY USED THESE FISH TO EAT THE CRAP FROM WHITE BASS THAT THEY RAISE COMERCIALLY IN THE CALIFORNIA DESERT . THESE FISH HELP CLEAN THE WATTER TO RETURN IT TO NATURE,

 

yup... apparently no one else watches that show...

either that or no one else know what talapia is...

The only bottom feeders I like is crab and only in small doses.

Thanks Heidi, feelin better tonight. Just needed some good sleep and relaxing, think this weather and my body getting worn out from a lack of sleep did me in. Was good day to play hooky, 80* here and sunny, should have gone fishing! Yeah what else can they do to a diesel electric locomotive its already part hybrid in that sense! They might be refitting it with a couple smaller engines instead of one big one. Idleing around it runs on one smaller diesel, need some power and its starts up the second diesel, need even more power and the third one starts up. Seen one up close before, it was using 3 700hp Cummins engines, might be QSK19's
