I don't mind steel reserve/high gravity whatever you wanna call it. It's a smooth, sweet beer that will knock you on your butt pretty dang quick. A 6 pack of that stuff and I'm out.

Ugh , all this talk about awful beer , makes me think of KEYSTONE, that stuff is horrible , that's what our boss bought all summer , I think he bought it just because no one on the crew would drink it.

I have called around and I can't find anyone around here that can or is willing to do it for a small system like mine. Then on top of that I would have to change out my spout to the Guinness type spout. That isn't a big deal but I'm really just too lazy to go through the steps. I thought about just buying the complete Guinness set up (kegerator and all) so I wouldn't have to switch back and forth when I wanted another type of beer but I still have the trouble with finding the gas.

It's a dilemma.

Could you not use a separate tank of N² and CO² and use a gas mixer?

Absolute top favorite beer of mine is ABITA amber. I have not been able to find anyone in the state that can get it. The best I have done is a 5.5hr drive to get it. I bought 12 cases(all they had).

I buy my beer in the bottle and only use Nitrogen and Oxygen in this configuration: N²O

Seriously though you guys and your cooling devices make me feel a bit simple. I just use the fridge, of course I'm not buying in bulk either...

I don't know? Thats a good question. It seems like it would have to be set up to deliver 25% Nitrogen and 75% CO2 and I'm not smart enough to figure out how that could be done.

That is a good beer. Of course, I can't get it here either.

Could do it like what what an oxy-acetylene torch rig. With separate valves to adjust the mix before the gases combine.

If you guys want *good* beer and if you want to save a few $$$ and have some fun, you need to take up making your own beer. Not with extract or with a "Mr Beer" kit, but with full on homebrewing equipment, from grain.

Here is what a good brew "sculpture" looks like.

You can make some awesome brews with these rigs.

Everyone needs one of these beside their CTD !
