It's been a while since we talked about beer.....
Ugh , all this talk about awful beer , makes me think of KEYSTONE, that stuff is horrible , that's what our boss bought all summer , I think he bought it just because no one on the crew would drink it.
Actually I use a fire extinguisher business (I know, big surprise huh?) that a friend of mine owns and he fills them for free. Thing is, he can't fill dual gas and Guinness is pushed with 75% Co2 and 25% Nitrogen. I have called around and I can't find anyone around here that can or is willing to do it for a small system like mine. Then on top of that I would have to change out my spout to the Guinness type spout. That isn't a big deal but I'm really just too lazy to go through the steps. I thought about just buying the complete Guinness set up (kegerator and all) so I wouldn't have to switch back and forth when I wanted another type of beer but I still have the trouble with finding the gas.
It's a dilemma.

Absolute top favorite beer of mine is ABITA amber. I have not been able to find anyone in the state that can get it. The best I have done is a 5.5hr drive to get it. I bought 12 cases(all they had).
Seriously though you guys and your cooling devices make me feel a bit simple. I just use the fridge, of course I'm not buying in bulk either...

If you guys want *good* beer and if you want to save a few $$$ and have some fun, you need to take up making your own beer. Not with extract or with a "Mr Beer" kit, but with full on homebrewing equipment, from grain.
Here is what a good brew "sculpture" looks like.

You can make some awesome brews with these rigs.

Everyone needs one of these beside their CTD !
