I work shift work and sleep sometimes doesnt come easy. Get some Melatonin from the vitamin isle. It will help you sleep without a hungover feeling.

I rarely sleep, and when I do, I sleep very well, but if I have trouble falling off, get one of those out, and instantly, dreamland.
Get one, tear some pages out, and put them on your ceiling or something, stare up for a couple of minzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

It works!

1 beer usually works. I can drink 10 and it just makes me toss and turn. also the Melatonin works, sleeping pills give me a hang over like feeling also. Better yet just flip on the TV, within 5 minutes youll be bored to sleep

usually when my wife cannot sleep, I just mention having you know what, and she is immediately yawning. Works for her every time.

It needs to be dark, really really dark, you could put some tin foil over the windows. That will make it dark and keep the aliens from getting inside your mind and seeing what you are dreaming about Also some white noise helps, either a ceiling fan or a little desk top fan is what I use most of the time. A beer or two may help but any more than that and it'll just make you need to get up and pee. I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes don't get enough sleep, usually I go to bed as soon as I get home (within an hour) and then get up around 2 for an hour or so and then back to bed for a little longer. I've tried the melatonin and it gives me the hangover feeling.
