To bad you just missed bike week in Laconia, it is a must see at least once.

Stop and see Tim, (Hvytrkmech), he's a standup kinda guy who'll give you the shirt off his back! He ain't that far from where you'll be.

As for other things, there are tons of things to see/do I guess. I grew up in New England and I miss it for what it WAS, not what it's BECOME. Too many people/cars/crowds. Take a ride up to Mount Washington and ride the Cog Railway.

Chaik,thank you for offering me the shirt off of Tim's back.(note to Chaik,I'm close to San Francisco but...I don't do what it is they do).
Tim I'm going to be in Louden Mon.afternoon,then classes for NFPA 1851 Certification at Globe in Pittsfield Tue.and Wed.Then, drive back to Boston and fly out Wed.afternoon.About that Bike Week thinge,I see a lot of big iron,and I am just a two-stroke driver with my 1970 Suzuki 500.

 

How is he going to miss bike week? It started today and goes until the 22nd.

We get all our gear from globe, while you are there would you please tell them to move the lapel mic tab toward the shoulder 1 inch, every time I have my pack on the strap keys the mic constantly while you are working, it is extremely aggravating.

Looks like your not going to miss bike week, so there will be plenty of entertainment up there for you.
