Dont worry, Im doing some homework now for Fluid Dynamics and Mech. of Materials if youd rather come over here and do it for me.

And yes, time spent here can go by quick when the other option involves thinking!

Blue.... Here is an honest story about myself in college.

You might say I had a problem with the internet. This is back in the day of 33.6K modems, true real time chat rooms, and when the world was really socialible. I worked in a computer lab, so in between classes and during work, I would visit a place called the park (Its changed alot since those days).
Well, one wednesday morning I woke up and got ready for an 8 am class, and said hi to a few people I knew in England that were up late. As I headed out, I realized, it had snowed the night before. Since I lived across campus, I called a professor that I knew his home number. Classses were canceled. I checked back into the lounge at the park and told everyone what was going on. I had a free day. By the time the Englanders left and a few others from canada, Illinois, New york state, and other places had come and gone, I had to go grab a bite to eat. Back within a few minutes. eating at my keyboard. I got caught up talking with this canadian chick I knew. Some of my local buddies dropped by the chat room, we discussed plans for later. I told them to get back with me after I got off work. Since the classes were canceled, I knew it would be a quite night. I grabbed some dinner on my way to work. At work, again, eating and typing, I met up with some Asians I knew and we discussed how their day had went and my "wonderful" day off.
Sometime around 2 am, one of my local buddies called me to find out why I didn't meet them at the bar? He sent me an email telling me where they were going. WAIT!!! TWO AM??? ***? I was supposed to close the lab at 10 PM!
Grab a couple soda and some candy out of the machine and trudge thru the snow back home. I spend the next few hours in there gripping about missing out on the drinking and making fun of a couple buddies that are trying to keep up chatting while being completely hammered. It was at the point when a couple of my British buddies pointed out that I was up early that I realized. I hadn't slept, bathed, and rarely used the restroom in the past 24 hours. I had chatted for almost 24 consecutive hours. stopping only long enough to grab food twice and walk to and from work.

I was back by noon after a couple hours sleep.

Funny you mention that but I've done similar. Woken up at noon and stayed online until 1 or 2am and not even thought about it. I don't even think I ate that day. Speaking of which, I'm hungry.

That would be nice. Have like a little green drunken fairy pop up and tell you when to do stuff. For those of you who haven't seen Euro Trip you wouldn't understand the green fairy part.

I've got the movie Yeah, I spend too much time on here as well, it's gotten really bad since I found the chat room on here. If you have that much time on your hands come on up to Stephenville and we'll get a DTR meet going.

I did it preparing for Linex in a couple of weeks. If it ever stops raining again! Just didn't want any specs under the liner...

I haven't seen Euro Trip, but I'm pretty sure you're talking about Absinthe. Good stuff if you don't try drinking it straight

All my non diesel driving friends, make fun of me because I enjoy being on here, seeing whats up, who broke something expensive, who bought something expensive, give a newbie a hint, learn from the more experienced.

Ive met a few guys on here and thats when my friends and girl friend really give me a hard time. Caleb C. is a guy I met, super guy. But, screw them, its something I enjoy. They play video games, which I cant stand. Im not in to the fantasy stuff. I have never owned a game console.

As far as college, Im pretty low key, due to DTR. And broke, due to DTR.

Thanks DTR,
Jamie
