House Update Part 4
Latest and greatest from the hacienda file,,,expected move in is Nov 14th. I will not hold my breathe. Electricians intend to hot check the house on Monday,,,,have some heat to work on the rest of my goodies.

Gonzo, Nice place but hate to burst your bubble....Since my dad is a custom home builder $1 million to $6 million house they NEVER move in on the date. Its usually a week or 2 after.
But yea hope all is well and tell us when the warming party is. Promise we wont tear the house up too bad.

Well I will inflate your bubble again. I am also a custom home builder (200 to 300K ) and have always hit my closings. Only houses that have been late are my own..
