I've just been doing a lot of research and planning. What I'm planning so far is an 8' x 18' in N scale, with the center of the layout being open and all controls and operations will occur from there. My minimum mainline radius will be 24.75&quot; and the maximum radius will be 52&quot;. Minimum non-mainline radius is 18&quot;. I THINK I'm gonna use Code 55 Micro Engineering flex track with Peco turnouts. I plan to model 1995-present BNSF....with the focal point of the layout being BNSF's nearby Alliance Yard. I'll have open grid framing...and I plan to run DCC.<br><br>Thanks for the offer to pick something up for me....but I'll be checking out my first train show up here in Ft. Worth this weekend. I'm hoping to find some good deals on track and other items there. I plan to start building my benchwork this weekend.

Man, we miss not having someone to rag on. It was a great game. I was sad though. Would have preferred OU to win but oh well.<br><br>Hey Hoss, got accepted to Southwest Texas and I got a letter from A&amp;M saying that they are still considering me for acceptance. Thought you might like to know. I've also applied to Blinn in College Station and in Brenham.
