I would agree. I have a friend who lives in Conroe (same guy who recomended New Braunsfels), he was hurt real bad in a motorcycle accident and was in Huston Medical for awhile. I came down to visit and it was a mad house in that city. I quess if you've lived there all of your life then it would be easier to get around.

It's only that way during rush hour. Which is between the hours of 12:01 am and 11:59 pm.

Re:Hey all you Texians

There is an awsome water park in Gonzos home town the kids would probably love. I saw it on the tube and it was voted in the top ten of best USA waterparks.

Plus, someone needs to give us the real scoop on Gonzo anyway. ;D Is he for real or just imaginary?

No question about it. If you like 97% humidity year round then have at it...but I'll stay up here where we only have 96% humidity.

Re:Hey all you Texians

I don't know why Aggie football would make someone want to live in B/CS, but it is a nice area. :P However it is REALLY crowded during the fall and spring of course.

After traveling this state for quite some time, my choices (other than 7miles north of Sealy) would be the following: Bandera, Johnson City or Fredricksburg. Basically, anything in the Hill Country other than San Marcos or New Braunfels. Those two towns are packed with tourists (mostly on the weekends). If you visit, try to drive from Austin to San Antonio on a Saturday around noon, you'll see what I mean.

Brenham is sort of cliqueish. It is not apparent when you visit, but someone, with schoolage children, who lives there would notice quickly.

(after I said I'd avoid the area!)

Yep, 97% humidity on GOOD days here!

When in parking, shade takes persidence over distance, you just might be in Texas!
