There was a guy in State College, PA that was messing around with a train horn one time. Holy Crap that thing was loud. We could hear it on top of Tussey Mt (local ski slope) and he was 5-6 miles away. And it was STILL LOUD.

i've got a single trumpit air horn from a loco [airchime] that i have just about finished fixing up [rebuild from parts from several horns] it's sitting in primer now and needs a finish coat of gloss black and then it can be mounted [after the mounts is made] under my truck... yeah.. it's going to be a good loud get the heck out of my way horn
