One of those bike building shows deid something like that with a solid piece of square tubing. Welded one end to a solid table, and a long steel bar to the other end. Then heated the whole thing up cherry red, and twisted it with the rod. Something like that done with yours?????

That was one of the biker build offs on Discovery Channel. It was Indian Larry. He was making the down tube for his chopper.


That rack looks awesome BTW!!

Thanks Guys!! To watch how Bruce does this stuff is awesome! He builds everything he needs to twist the wire, roll the barbs, all by hand without heat!!
