Happy Birthday, Tyler!
Actually I've never tried to buy beer before. Maybe at a restaurant but I've never tried at a gas station or anything. Dunno why. Oh well. I'm going to a place I know that cards and I'm going to proudly hand it over to them.

Happy Birthday.
Oh, I visited the Shiner webpage, and according to them, you can get Shiner here in Utah.
Still haven't found anywhere that sells it though, not even the state run Liquor Store,
perhaps it's only available in bars?

Maybe. I know in some restaurants it's considered an import. I remember my family and I were in san antonio (which for all practicallities is next door to San antone) at some restaurant and my dad ordered one and the waitress told him that they don't serve imports. You shoulda seen the waitress's face when my dad told her that shiner was brewed not but an hour from there so how could it be considered an import.

Spoetzl Brewery, Shiner Kölsch, Shiner Hefeweizen, Shiner Dunkelweizen, all very German names.
Maybe I'll give the distributor a call and ask them where to find it.
