Afternoon, y'all. Finally had a chance to check in - had to go to jury selection this morning. Two cases - 1 a "cocaine possession" case. The other a "civil rights" case. The first selection was for the "cocaine possession". We were asked if we could be fair and impartial jurors. I stood up and told the judge that, "In my viewpoint, the police wouldn't have arrested this man until they had done their investigations and surveillance and that we have laws that say we're not supposed to have that stuff and if he's caught with it, then I don't see what the problem is." I wasn't selected for his jury. I got out of the civil case because it is supposed to start this Wednesday and go for about a week. I asked if I could approach the bench - I told the judge I had a particular biopsy scheduled for Thursday morning. He told me it doesn't look like I'd be "sitting on much anything for a while". All I know it that the biopsy is going to be a pain in the _________(eeeeeewwwwwww) Last PSA was 8.0 - not good. Should get the results about 2 weeks later. Almost feel like the picture of that little baby that's about to get his temperature taken the old-fashioned way - the caption was "You're gonna put that where???
