Leaving tonight for Nags Head, NC. Goin out Friday on the Haphazard for a little reel action. Comin back Friday evenin and gonna throw away some Bud caps on the beach. I need a break and best of all, the boat is paid for by a vendor we use.

If anyone is in that area, we will be staying at the Owens Motel about mile post 16 1/2 or thereabouts. You'll see the rig there.

Man, something must have happened while I was gone, got back yesterday and there were ruts cut in the front yard, empty beer cans laying everywhere, and the dogs appeared to be hungover even. Wonder what's up with that?

Anyway, that was a poor fishing trip based on the amount of fish we caught. One 30 pound tuna, and three white marlins (catch and release). Good thing though, I got to hear that big ole V-12 Cat purr all day long.

You know what they say, a bad day at fishing is better than a good day at work. Guess that's why they call it "fishing" and not "catching" eh???
