Thumbs up Idiot! Gosh!

"It's a Liger, It's bred for it's skills and magic."

I love the quotes so far as well!

My 3 favorite scenes are:

1. Uncle Rico drives over his plastic bowel for a strength test and it crushes so he just drives off!

2. Napoleon tries out the Internet time machine! ("Don't forget the crystal!") Rollin on the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. When he tries the "sweet" jump on Pedro's bike!

Im right there with ya. Everyone does quote that darn movie. But I went one step further and gave it a chance and watched it....ONCE.
This is the 100% honest truth....I did not laugh....ONCE.
I got a slight chuckle out of it when that rancher shot that cow in the face with a shotgun in front of a school bus full of kids. A SLIGHT chuckle.
I dont know why. I guess cause I know its another fad of my generation.
Napoleon Dynamite, rice burners, restrictive gun laws, clothing styles, an over obsession with celebrities, iPODs and Dane Cook...............sometimes I wish I was born in 1950.

Sorry. My bitterness for the evening is out of my system.

Talking Come on now!

The reason it was so funny for me and my group of family and friends was the fact that we know where and have been to the town it takes place in and the fact that we all know or knew people in High school who acted and looked like that. The whole movie we would say remember so and so or thats how it totally was! Anybody with goofy Friends who duped you into spending lunch in a math classroom playing D & D knows what I am talking about. Teenage awkwardness and crazy home life. Thats why that movie speaks to me at least.

True story. When I was little one of my cousins horses got out and was hit by a truck right where the school bus picked me and my brother up. We got down to the road to be picked up right about the same time that my cousin and her husband came down. The bus was pulling up and they decided the horse wouldn't make it. It really was in bad shape. The guy had a pistol and they shot the horse right when my brother and I were walking through the aisle to get our seat. The results were exactly the same as on Napoleon Dynamite. Kids were crying all the way to school!!

While having dinner with some old friends of ours (the wife is rather large and named Tina) ... my two young sons started giggling uncontrollably. They minded their manners and said nothing ... wouldn't say what was so funny until the ride home when they admitted that the line "Come on Tina, you fat tub of lard ... eat your dinner" popped into their heads at the same time .

Boys will be boys I s'pose .

Cheers,
PISTOL

Take a look at what I'm wearing, people. You think anyone wants a roundhouse kick to the face when I'm wearing these bad boys? Forget about it!
