Exercise Regime?

So, since getting my new truck I've noticed something funny. My right arm is sore a lot . What do you guys recommend, a mostly strength program, a mostly speed/endurance program or a combination? God I love running this truck through the gears!!! And man can it get through them fast !!! By the way, my leg program has been working out well, I can push that right pedal down REAL hard! .

To strengthen your arm muscles whenever not driving or going to drive hoist beer bottles to your lips. Repeat this motion until pain in arm has subsided.

Do them both rapidly and use both hands to keep the old pipes the same size.

I like that exercise plan. I think I'll do six sets tonight.

I think I exercised too much last night. I knew I should have started with the lighter 12oz instead of jumping to the pints.
