Any one have a Rurango? I have a 2001 Durango here in Kuwait. Have you had any problems with the front driveshaft making noise? Thank guys.

 

My wife has a 2000 Durango SLT+ with 54K miles. No front driveshaft noise - oops, it's a 2WD, so it doesn't have a front driveshaft.

My dad has an '01 Dakota (Durango and Dakota are the same thing with a different body, in case you were not aware) and he has had no front drive problems. The rear LSD just blew at 80K, but that was obviously a lemon as he doesn't tow, offroad, or drive hard.

 

Do a search on Durango Problems and you will see what the most common problems were when they first came out! By 03 they had all of the major issues worked out. I think that the Front Ball Joints were a big issue with your model! I had an 03 that was a great truck, just really needed another REAL truck.
