I know, its bad. I normally would have been asleep but had to go help a neighbor with their heater. Finally put two HN heaters in to keep things from freezing up too badly and put them up at the in-laws because of the fumes. Will deal with it tomorrow. They have HW baseboard heat and it appears that the basement leg froze up, spewing everything. No antifreeze in their system. What the heck, summers only 6 months away.

Mornin gang - - thanks for the coffee, Chris. Not bad. YEH!!!1

Nuther boring day down here. Looks like we will only be about 130 degrees warmer than you, Paul. Holy smoke - - now I am hot. 81 on the calendar for today in our lanai. Sounds like "lay in the sun and read the paper" time to me.

SCOTTY- aka atlas sphere chucker- what do you really look like?
Heidi - - to answer the last questions first, you really don't want to know!!!!! Really, Scotty is a big ole ***** cat, really neat guy and pretty neat looking if you like biceps that are as big as my leg. He is the proverbial gentle giant. Nice guy.

First question - - the train ride all the way thru Canada east to west is wonderful. It ends on the west coast in Vancouver. You can catch a ferry from there to head north thru the inside passage. My suggestion to conserve time and make the most of your visit, fly to Anchorage, rent an RV and see as much of the state as time will allow. Catch the train back out of Anchorage to Whittier to board the ferry and head south thru the passage. You will see more of Alaska in less time.

OK, I am out of here - - gotta go wash a dirty car - - the truck will have to wait until next week. Be good, gang.

Morning all. Enjoying a good cup of coffee. Here at work, not much going on yet. My other guy is running late, so I can't get much done.

One of my technicians brought in some of his deer jerkey today. Cajun spiced with a bunch of peppers for some kick. That goes great with some coffee at 0700. Woke me up, thats for sure. Throw in a little bit of Cope and I was bright eyed and bushy tailed.

Not much going on here tonight. Probably just gonna kick it around the house. May pick up some beers on the way home.

Hope you are all having a good one.

Stay warm up there in Alaska, boys, it is gonna be about 65 and sunny here today

Josh

Sounds about right!

Morning, DTRonians... I have been busy all morning with e-mails and such... Had a lot of stuff to catch up on.

Got the electric fence done, had one of my OL's friends and her husband over, we had a nice time. Going out to eat at a nice restaurant tonight.

I finish my leave on Monday, gotta get ready for the big trip.

9 days...

I already put four gates in the Hatters fence.

Going to be a might bit chilly here with windchills of -50C which I think is closer to minus 60 on the old F scale. No matter which scale it is...its cold.

Good Afternoon.
Not quite 50 below here, but the wind chills are nippy.
Took Christmas down this morning, got money for my truck this morning, and should be letting it go tomorrow. Anyone find me a truck yet?

Mike
