Mornin' all!
Off to grand jury duty.....kinda silly. I know just about everyone involved in most cases anymore but they haven't exempted Corrections from the applicant pool......I could permanently exempt myself from it but I'd have to give up the PFD. Not gonna happen.
Head gasket on the 4runner went well yesterday. Them little 22res are serious about the ps bracketry....... That part was a pita.....

Heidi, Parts Master, keep you eye open for a front mount hydraulic pump (reverse flow). They would normally use them on Dearborn style loaders on the old Fords and some others. They're driven by a shaft from the crank pulley.
I can ask at the local junk lot or wander down to the tractor salvage yard.
better do some phone calls first. got a flow rate in mind? bout a 20 gallon service okay? got a few tractors in the town, so I may go shopping. I'll take some pics and let you know or jump on a deal. give me this weekend to do it, it is bow season and I have some fellas coming in (feel like the laziest hunting guide....)
[thinking] might have a hydro pump and some 2 opt valves in the barn. just got in from fixing/painting/swimming/shopping/grocerystocking/mail reading- so give me a few...

Yeah I think usually 22 ish GPM's. I have seen a couple 14's
Saw a lot on Ebay last year up for sale, but their blocking ebay here now. Nothingsd been listed on yesterdaystractor lately. I have a few belt driven pumps, but no where to mount them on the 8N's witha sidemount distributer. 9N, 2N, and a '49 8N have room for a pump in the belt. The loader front mounts pumps are larger and faster though.
