Well i`m off on a 200 mi round trip to pick up the replacement transmishion for my jeep ( they are replacing the one that didnt work )
SOOOOOOOOOOOO i`m throwing a canvas in the back of wifes grand cherokee to set it on and going down with it - we have had 4 days streight of lake effect snow and i`m heading down close to the lake where its heavy
so thought it would be a good idea th take the jeep

Be back later - providing the lord is willing and the creek don`t rise

Claude

Claude, be careful. (and don't come back if you get momma's jeep dirty)

Scott, I'm talking about the 2 posts below.

Now you know from your medic days that baby number 2 and 3 take about a third of the time in labor as baby #1, give or take a little. Now, based on this evidence, wouldn't you say somebody was trying to keep from making you "Unkie Squatchy" until just after midnight?

None- they had already drained the tranny -powerwashed it - they had plastic over the tailshaft end -zip tied - when i got there - threw a canvas in about 3 layers thick - ran a wire from bolt hole to bolt hole on bell housing so tourc converter wouldn`t slide off _
SIL -just came over & i took ranger out of green house -backed up to the jeep - loaded tranny in back put it back in green house -

everything put away every thing clean every body happy

Its about 10 or 12 miles from here to 131 andthat was 2 tracks east & 2 tracks west snow & ice - other than you could feel when you got out of the track there was no slipage or anything - dang i love driving that thing - thats why i`m so excited to git mine finished up man they are a jule up here - and drive very nice on good roads also !

since our local goverment`s are broke they are plowing a minimum and using more sand than salt - our roads are like i rember as a kid before we got so dang sufisticated
