Morning folks, been AWOL for a couple days. I passed by and checked on ya, just didn't have the energy to post. I see those of us in the old as dirt club have a new member. Madhat is getting closer to closing out his twenties so a Happy Birthday is in order. BTW Mark, if you think those knees are talking now, just wait until they get on the party line with your back, feet and hips. Now that's a conversation!

 

In todays world I see no difference.. If you called my grandpa or dad a redneck they got offended and would correct you instantly..

Grabbing a cup and heading out - - picking up mo company. Nice - - houseful of my kids - - first time since five years all the kids have been home together. Should be a riot adding in the grandkids plus two dogs - - I may head out fishing.

I was incredibaly touched that my Marines did this for me. Either I have impacted their lives enough for them to care about me a little, or they just had bets on the fact that I'd let them go home early... (which I did). Little scam artists...
