Thanks Matt - - just got in from the funeral. He had seven brothers and sisters, five children, 14 grand children and five great grandchildren. Quite a crowd there. My class got together and filled the house with food for them all. Been married 62 years. Mary is taking the loss quite well - - Charles has been struggling with his heart for about two years now. Wow, that is so hard for the family when they lower the lid on the coffin for the last time. His sister collapsed when the lid went down. Tough. He was a quiet giant - - super nice guy, always looking for someone to help. We will all miss him.

Grabbed a cup of ph00 - - still not too bad from this morning, Scott - - thanks. I will run and catch up on work - - just wanted to check in and say hi.

Bob

Wink

good thoughts to you and yours, Bob. work is good for the mind.

foggy head today. able to do some work in the japanese garden (I never do that, it is nature, let it fend for itself) filled the bird feeders; did some inspection and lube on the drives (figures, newly rebuilt one needs the bellows and water source hose (either a hard hit, rubbing on a bolt or mice-take your pick) and made something different for an early supper (venison, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, little onion and garlic in a burgandy gravy on fresh bread. made deviled eggs for the h3ll of it)

hubby said we are going up to the property tomorrow (to mow and get it ready) off to feed the fish now....head still foggy, I just wander around until he calls me.

Hey "Gang",

I hope everything is fine. Just saw Fiverīs post and thought I have to share. My grandma died last night (Sunday 11 pm). She had a stroke saturday evening and was brought to hospital 3-5 hours after it happened (she lived alone). The doctor said that even if they would operate on her head to get the pressure out she would not be able to move, speak and eat on her own ever again. Sad day, Iīll really miss her as she was the grandparent I really connected to. Me and the whole family are just happy that she didnīt have to fight a long time and just slept and went away. Hopefully sheīll meet her husband and our dog (see my gallery) in heaven. She was 79 years old, her 80th birthday wouldīve been in a month. Weīll miss you

Kris

Well it CAN'T be 'just nature'... if it was, it'd be in Japan!

Hey Kris, sorry to hear about that loss. Most grandma's are quite special. I never met my Gparents on one side, but liked my other ones. Our daughter in law just lost her grandma and she was devistated. A new baby brought her back out of it. Funny - - when I lost my parents there are tears. Then they dry and the smiles start as you remember the good times and fun times you had together.

Building committee meeting tonight. Getting plans laid for a big addition on our church. Made some good progress. Architect is next on the agenda. Can't wait to turn a shovel.

Hey - - tired - - going to watch a bit of TV with the blonde and hit the sack. Be good. Nighty nite.

Bob
