Eric, there is a local ice cream shop in town. They make their own ice cream on site and sell it at local stores, resturants, and even walmart. They make an awesome sherbet! they have several flavors too, lime, orange, pineapple, raspberry, and lemon. The raspberry is my favorite one. It's pricey but good!
The wife and I have used that punch recipe before. Good stuff!
Evening DTR. Did some work out at dads shop today. Helping mom tomorrow morning with the grape vines she has. I made some tall stakes today to support the grape plants. The supports she had before are falling over, so I made some out of 2x2 treated wood. They should be alot better than what she has currently. Worked in the garage tonight on a few things.
Dinner tonight was a slow cooked beer can chicken on the charcoal grill. Had rice and corn with it. It came out good!

Just read an email from my aunt. She, my uncle, and grandpa went to Panama City Beach FL last week. My grandpa lived their for close to 20 yrs and her and my uncle have a timeshare on the beach in PCB. Grandpa help start up a Seniors Center in South Walton County. He did alot of work getting the program going and getting funding for it. He also put in many hours everyday at the center helping out others. They provided activities, meals, and some classes. He resigned his position last spring and moved back here to be with family cause of his cancer. This past week while he was visiting the senior enter had a dedication ceremony for the new updated building. They named and dedicated it after my grandpa!

Just got back from the gym and free based some protien. Gonna eat some chow in a minute... while I was looking for my protien, I found a bowl of peas in my bag... guess I forgot to put them in the fridge when I got to work this afternoon. Wonder if they are any good?

evenin All....I have been leap froging across Alaska...been up to Nome for the finish or the Iditarod...Had some work out on Attu...Hope to have a few weeks RR before construction work starts again.
