Dog Names...

I'm trying to figure out a name for my full blood American Bull Dog, and figured that I would turn to some smart oil burners to help me out. Remember that I am a hick and a Marine, so no fu-fu names like buckshotmcee would give,(like french pedicure, or something-dang seebees ). It is male, about 5 weeks old, and comes from good stock. Check out my photos, there will be one in there shortly.

TIA-
madhat

Pick a one syllable word you can yell really loud. Practice yelling them and find the one that works best. I named my lab Beau (Bo) for that reason. Sounds funny, but you'll be yelling his name a lot more than speaking it, probably.

I already tried cletus, the boss shot it down. That's what I tried to name my last son, too. That flew like a brick.
Good reply's so far, I see a few that I'll take home for approval. Keep em' coming!

Bulldogs....UGA for a name. You say it ugga....Or you can give him a german name, that way any one that tries to call him will need to know the correct name. Also train him in german commands, so only you and your family can tell him what to do...

Problem with a lot of the Marine Corps names, is that everyone around here has dogs named them. Go in the vets office and call for Chesty or K-Bar, and half the people get up.

Lovin the input...
