I found a site which may be of help to people here, in which Dodge customers have rated their dealers at Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep / Other Dealers: the Good, Bad and the Ugly . Customers rate sales, service and parts service. They also put their own narratives in.

I found it informative, and some of the horror stories are entertaining (although I feel sorry for the customers). I may purchase from a different dealer based on what I read.

Also pitch in and rate your dealer. It may help someone else.

Yes I have seen this, I print out the states I will be driving and carry it in the truck. Helps make a dicision on where to take it for service.
