^^ Yeah, what Bob said about the water/glass routine. That's the way to stay sure you got what you needed.

I found it hard to stay hydrated in the cold weather. I guess it's a psychological thing. When you're hot sure, guzzle water. But cold? No way!

My mom suffered from that. Reminds me to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits with meat. I drink heaps of water.

Be good - - finish your bottle.

Wow, is that something I have to look forward to in my old age?

I "normally" run thru 6 or 7 34 Oz mugs of coffee and if I don't refill my 1 liter water bottle at least 3 times a day there is something wrong......

I wouldn't know what to do if I had to cut back.....

At this point i'm drainin the vain every 2 hrs. Annoying to have to keep getting up in the night. Hard for me to get any sleep.
Coffee is something that will have to be limited and finally removed from my diet. Sad, ILOVECOFFEE!!!
My wife has been researching food and sadly even our so called "health food" isn't healthy. Thanks to all of the "genetic engineering" to alter our food and the needless addition of chemicals and unsafe, even toxic vegetable mater (soya for one) has turned a lot of our food into poison.

Check out The Virgin Diet.

I just finishing the stage 2 (testing). I've lost 25 lbs and have been transformed from a tired old man to the energizer bunny.

Some accuse me of following a radical diet. I ask, so what's your definition of radica?. Having an 8 inch slash in your leg and a vein removed, then your sternum divided, and said vein stitched into place to keep your heart alive. Now that's what I call radical. Losing bowel parts? That's radical. Losing your extremities bit by bit because of poor circulation? That's radical.

We've found that anything GMO tends to amplify a food intolerance problem. If you understand the genesis of glyphosate, and the mechanics of CRY-xx (BT toxin), it's easy to see why.

So far fast food is OK. (deer, rabbit, pheasant, etc)

Hey Cougar! BTDT as well, **** near died. Had issues with bleeding duodenum after that as well and just about bled out a couple of times. Yup, us older guys spring leaks from the damnedest places - SHEESH! With respect to the water thing - if you mix the water with some vodka it makes it a little more palatable.

Cheers Man - stay well!
