Detailed: 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel

Well guys, heres some pics of my 2001 Dodge 2500 Diesel that i decided i should clean up before this winter and get some protection on the paint!!

Heres my process

Wash: Megs Gold Class, 2BM/Grit Guards, Wool mitt,
  • Wheels/Tires: Westleys Bleche-Wite, Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner
  • Fender Wells: APC+

Clay: Megs S.S. Clay Kit, Last Touch as Lube, also clayed windows, bumpers, exhaust tip.
Correction/Polish: M205, Polishing Pad, Speed 6,
  • M205, Finishing Pad, Speed 6

LSP: M21 Syn. Sealant 2.0, Finishing Pad, Speed 3 x2
Ext. Trim: M40 on bumper caps, mirror housings, door handles, windshield cowl, inner fender wells, all seals around windows.
  • Ext Chrome: Hot Rims Mag/Alum. Polish on bumpers, grille, exhaust tip, started on toolbox, but stopped after top.

Im sure theres more im missing, if you guys see anything that looks like it got attention but wasnt previously mentioned....please ask me and i will let you all know.

Befores: This is embarrassing....

Dang a wash and those clay bars seem to go a long way!! I had mine undercoated not too long ago so I'm not washing it for awhile,LOL. Once winter is over I'll give it a good ol detailing.

Nice work!!

Nice job and great results! You ever notice how your truck seems to run just a little bit better after you detail it .
