Rocky, I think your reading into it too much. I'd be willing to bet that he did not have anything of such nature at his house. It simply stated that he was a courier. All thats means is he is able to transport the material from one location to another, there are TONS of restrictions when your a courier for calssified material that I won't get into.

Im sorry but service in the armed forces of any kind does not grant immunity to the law.

Im going to have to agree with Kurtain. There is so many cases where people in the armed forces get off with lighter sentences. What does that say to all the others? Yes, kill someone and get two years. If that was any of us civilians you can bet we would be in jail a LOOONG time. They ignore the real problem, slap these guys on the wrist, and send them home.

I will never, ever, forget watching what happened to Kyle Dinkheller, Rest in peace. Anyone that has been in a war needs to have proper access to counseling and any sign of violence at home needs to be dealt with accordingly. 2 years for chasing and killing a theif is not nearly dealing with the true problem.
