Last November or so, my dog Bailey, a 7 yr old lab mix, ran off. Long story short, while at walmart today a guy calls and says he has my dog in Cleburne (60 miles from Stephenville.) I said it cant be my dog, I just saw him at my house 10 minutes ago. He says, 'well the tag says Bailey.' I was in shock. I drove 90 the whole way and sure enough, it was her. It was really weird cause my mom and i had just been discussing yesterday how she was the best dog ever and could never be replaced (i have another dog, who is very well behaved, but just not the same). Then get this call today. Id say someone was taking care of me. Nearly a year.....

 

Good to hear. I'm sure that it was a very pleasant surprise. Now you just need to ask her why she ran off.

 

Nothing like the return of a family member. I had to puttmy dog down this year, she was just getting old and starting to lose her hearing, among other problems. Anyway congrats.
