First step is to just try them, they will sometimes work.
If not, go to the manufacturer's web site to see if there are any patches that will allow them to work.
Finally, your pretty much out of luck, unless you do a dual boot (which XP allows you to do) and put Win 98 on your machine as well.
Good luck.

Best way IMHO would be to buy a cheapo hard disk and install win98 on it.
Had some customers try some games for win98 under XP with the result that XP had to be reinstalled completely. (Game did overwrite some crucial drivers in XP )
I don't suggest using the dual boot if you can use those quik exchange HDD frames. The potential for loss of data is minimized...

Allot of the older games will work with XP if you use the compatibility wizard
Many of the older games are DOS based and XP doesn't have DOS it has a minor fake type of DOS program
By using the compatibility wizard XP will use this fake DOS to let the program run.........but before you install always make a system restore point so if it screws up you can restore to a time before the install
PS:: I wouldn't use any Windows 95 games they are heavy DOS user type of games and don't work well with XP
