Collective rim help needed

Need your collective help trying to sort out what rims will work on my 01.5. Apparently there was another off set change looks like 2000-2002. The 96 wheels I looked at had a way different off set than mine, both OEM Dodge. I don't want to use wheels that stick out as these will be for winter tires. 3rd gen wheels look closer on the off set, but aren't those 17"?
Thanks for the help.

Third gen are 17. If you can stomach 17s, I'd look for some of the work truck package steel rims, they're cheap and durable.

Hard to find around around here so I need more options. Found some in Fairbanks, but that's an overnighter.

17s are becoming eeasier to find, I've switched everything but the 93 gm to 17 to have a common tire size. All 285/70/17.

the reason for the different offset is the rear disc brakes that became available on the later 2nd gen trucks. The offset is almost identical to the 3rd gen.

Finally found a set of stock factory alloy rims just like the ones I have with studded snow tires both in excellent condition. I lucked out.
