1942 - British naval forces raided the **** occupied French port of St. Nazaire.

1945 - Germany launched the last of the V-2 rockets against England.

1961 - IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, (that's only happened once before), someone very special to us here at DTR was born. I won't mention HER name, lest I embarrass her.

1962 - The U.S. Air Force announced research into the use of lasers to intercept missiles and satellites.

1968 - The U.S. lost its first F-111 aircraft in Vietnam when it vanished while on a combat mission. North Vietnam claimed that they had shot it down.

A big good morning to everybody from Paradise. Last night we finally caught up with our northern neighbors with a time change.
Another close to perfect day down here. Hope the water pump arrives for my truck tomorrow. Have to "borrow" my wife's car so that I can go to work tomorrow.
Mark, shaving a poor defenseless *****. Shame on you.

Hey hunny, I will be out in the garage shaving the cat if you need me. OR, hey guy's, wanna come over have a few beers and shave my cat?
He has all 4 claws removed, and no *********... he tries to beat it every now and then, but he lays still for the most part. I'm bigger than him, he'll do what I want. It's like the food chain or something.

The hell he is! Weak thing, letting someone hold you down and shave you... Gotta love being 3 hours behind the east...

He sheds a little, and I get sick of cat hair all over the place. I don't want a cat to begin with, but if I have to have on in the house, I'm not going to deal with the hair.
I love sushi.

Shame on you for saying it!
That water pump should not be bad at all. Just a couple of bolts. You've done one before, right Stan? Congrats on Mexico being 2 weeks behind everyone else...

Evening DTR.

Got good news and bad news to share.

The good:
The wife and her sister got back fine from the trip and had a good time visiting their mom in mississippi!

The bad:
My friend that was in the bad accident recently died early this morning. He went through the surgery and was recovering fine. And was doing good for the last few days. I dunno a whole lot but mom told me his kidneys failed and everything else started to fail too. I don't know why he started having problems, i'll know more later.
