Got woke up to my phone ringing at about 8, so I guess it's time to go... I got home last night at about 0230...
Gonna go run the plumbing and electric to my porch, then finish putting the lattuce around it. Watching the baby cause momma went to columbia...

well im gonna stop in the breakroom for a minute to rant i got a call from my wife this morning telling me that she just got laid off from the city of georgetown and she is the only accoutant they have that has a degree so they cut her because of low seniority and kept the girl with the least amount of education. i thought that education was suppost to mean something. thanks for hearing me complain guys

Almost nooner DTR!
A bit brisk up here today. Warmed to -10* from -15* when I got up.
Spent my mornin' gettin kids off to school and peaking at a heater problem ona '96 V8 Grand Cherokee for a guy at work. It needs a heater core. I need the money but not that bad. I was lucky to even find the darn thing. 
Oh well.

Sometimes (most times) seniority is a joke. I know a lot of young guys I work with that are WAAAAAAY better at doing their jobs than some that have been doing it since dirt was still clean. Unfortunatley the old guys get all the gravy because the have "seniority". What a joke. If you don't deserve it based on merrit, you don't deserve it. Guess I'm lucky where I'm at, I can get by on both merit and seniority. Hope your wife finds more work soon.
Gotta run the Jeep back where it belongs and get my truck before the littlest one gets out of school.
