Child Safety Seat Warning and Racall, 3.7 Million Units
Graco has issued a voluntary recall for a buckle problem. The buckle can become stuck and WILL NOT RELEASE. Under normal conditions this isn't a problem but in an emergency it could cause a real situation. A repair kit is available at no charge, see the link below.
