Seems like another state test.

The one about the balloons for example, it clearly says atmospheric pressure. Well duh! 14.7lbs. It doesn't say what gas and if it's different.

What changes is the surface area the balloon presents to atmospheric pressure as the balloons internal pressure increases (or decreases if you're dyslexic ).

The balloons are presented as next to one another, therefore the 14.7lbs/sq in. is constant.

I would think.
